(1) 2024年2月号の配送ミスについて
2024年2月号 “Extraterrestrial Organic Matter” (vol. 20, no. 1)
について、郵送ラベルの印刷ミスによって一部の購読者のもとに届いていないという事案が発生しております。影響を受けた購読者に対しては、8月号（v20n4）と合わせて2月号を配送いたします。ご容赦ください。

(2) 鉱物学・地球化学・岩石学に関する写真／アートワークの募集について
「Elements」は、雑誌のテーマ（鉱物学・地球化学・岩石学）に関する写真やアートワークの投稿を積極的に募集しています。採用された作品は「Elements Joint Society Calendar（2025-2026）」で特集される予定です。(応募方法については原文をご覧ください)

Dear esteemed Elements readers,

Thank you very much for your enthusiastic support of Elements over the past nearly two decades of publications. Elements’ Editorial Team has two important announcements to share with subscribers.

(1) Delivery of Elements’ February Issue A substantial number of Elements subscribers may not have received the February 2024 issue, “Extraterrestrial Organic Matter” (vol. 20, no. 1). This delivery problem resulted from a mailing label printing error in which Elements’ distributor unintentionally omitted the street address line. A deliverability analysis of the mailing list indicates that 4,252 non-U.S. subscribers were likely affected.

To correct this error, Elements’ distributor has agreed to reprint and redeliver the February issue to affected subscribers alongside Elements’ August issue (vol. 20, no. 4) in the form of a double-issue package. In other words, affected subscribers will receive their missing February issue alongside the August issue. The distributor has also implemented a series of control steps to avoid such errors from occurring in the future.

(2) Call for Photography/Artwork
Elements is actively soliciting photography and/or visual artwork submissions on the general themes of the magazine (mineralogy, geochemistry, and petrology) to be featured in its inaugural Elements Joint Society Calendar (2025?2026).

Submissions can be made via e-mail (editor@elementsmagazine.org).
Please be sure to include (1) a descriptive caption (<30 words), (2) name of photographer/artist, and (3) contact e-mail. Please request an upload link for attachments greater than 15 MB.
Submission deadline: July 1

A confirmation e-mail will be sent within 24 hours after receipt.
